Our booking
process is very simple. If we are talking about day trips, you only need to
visit our website, select the desired trip and press BOOK NOW. Our system will
ask you to fill in your basic data (name, surname, time if there are morning
and afternoon tours offered, number of persons and your credit card number).
Our team will notify you as soon as possible that they received your booking
and send you all details related to your trip, such as meeting point, what to
wear, what to bring, etc.). You can of course also e-mail us and send a
request.
As for
multi-day tours, there is usually some e-mail correspondence with our team
prior to booking. Once all questions have been replied to and wishes granted
and the guests are ready to book their holiday, our team sends you a quote in
attachment with your data, e-mail address, name of the tour, date, due date for
payment, terms and conditions and instructions on how to pay.
QUOTE sent by e-mail:
In the quote we send you by e-mail you can see all relevant booking
details, cancellation policy and also 2 payment options: bank transfer or
credit card payment.
If you are to choose credit card payment, just follow
the link from the quote and fill in all required fields.
The link doesnt work from mobile phones and tablets,
so please use a laptop or a PC. If you receive an error message after you
submitted your payment, it means that there is additional fraud protection by
your bank or credit card company, so you would need to contact them and
preauthorize the payment. After you do that, just repeat the process.
The tour
can be paid in two installments. The first one is due within 7 days from the
receipt of quota, and the second 45 days before you start using the service.
You can pay
with all credit cards or by a bank transfer.
After we
receive your payment, we will send you a payment confirmation for the first
installment. When you pay the second (last) installment, you will get a payment
confirmation for the entire trip.

TOURS:
If you cancel your booking 90
days and more prior to arrival, we will return you 50% of the advance (25% of
the total amount)
If you cancel your booking 89
days or fewer days prior to arrival we will keep the total advance you paid.
BOAT CHARTER (exception to above)
If you cancel your booking 46
days or more prior to arrival, we will keep the total advance you paid (50%)
If you cancel your booking 45
days or fewer prior to arrival we will
keep the total advance you paid (100%)
In case if we need to cancel
the booking of the trip, we will refund you the PRICE paid in advance for the
trip.
We reserve the right to
change itinerary due to unexpected circumstances (weather changes and
similar…)
We do not refund bank
transfer fees or credit card fees.
