Croatia Tour Itinerary

Private sailing trips can depart any day of the week depending on boat availability. The following itinerary is just an idea/suggestion of what can be done in the number of days you sail. Your own itinerary will depend on:

  • Weather conditions
  • Your preferences
  • Distances

We will sail from the port of Split to our first en route destination, Brač Island. We can stop for swimming and snorkeling in the bays along the western part of Brač. We continue to sail to the island of Hvar, which is famous for its sunny days, crystal blue water, Pakleni Islands, enchanting stone streets, and the old Venetian palace. We will anchor and stay the night in the town of Hvar.

In the morning, we will sail out from Hvar towards the island of Korčula, sailing along the south shores of Hvar. After stopping in beautiful bays for a swim, we will arrive at a safe port on the route to spend the night.

We continue our journey towards the most western point of Korcula island – Korčula town, where we spend the night. After stopping in beautiful bays for a swim, we arrive in Korcula town. Korcula town is the main town on the island, famous for its medieval walls and a succession of narrow streets patterned after a fish skeleton, with street “bones” that branch off used to reduce wind and sun.

After breakfast, we will continue our sailing from Korcula to Mljet island. The National Park is in the western part of the island, covering an area of 54 km2. This greenest island includes Veliko jezero with the Isle of St. Mary, Malo jezero, and the villages of Govedari, Polace, and Pomena. Rent a bike and enjoy a unique swim in the beautiful lush coves of Mljet. Overnight in Polace bay.

Today we will depart toward our final destination—the Pearl of Croatian Adriatic—Dubrovnik. Arrive at the marina and use the early afternoon to explore Dubrovnik; a city of exceptional beauty.  It used to be the seat of the Republic of Dubrovnik. The majestic city walls, the Minceta, Lovrijenac and Revelin fortresses, Onofri’s fountain, St. Vlaho’s Church and Stradun, the main street… all are inevitable photo stops. Dubrovnik offers excellent nightlife, the best restaurants and wine bars, several authentic delicacies, and souvenirs. You are bound to find something for yourself. Explore the city and enjoy!
