COVID-19 Terms & Conditions update

We are continually monitoring the situation and trying to find the best solutions to enable you to travel carefree and confident with our COVID-19 Terms & Conditions update. We are trying to offer you as much flexibility as possible.

You will notice that some of our trips offer more flexible policies than some other – as it depends on all partners/suppliers (yacht owners, hotels, etc.) involved and their current booking and cancellation policies.

There are no absolutes, especially amidst this pandemic. Please note that there are exceptions to the listed points, and our travel planners will inform you of the actual terms before booking as we always do. We approach each booking individually, trying to find the best solutions for the given situation.

Here you will find answers to some of the most common questions we receive daily about changes in our COVID-19 Terms & Conditions update as a result of COVID-19 traveling issues.

What if my trip has been suspended/postponed due to travel restrictions?

We will be reviewing trips 30 days before departure (or closer as the situation changes) to determine if it is safe and feasible to run the trip. If we need to cancel the trip due to travel restrictions or canceled flights from your airline company, we will offer you the following options:

– re-book your trip to a different date in 2020 or 2021

– we will issue a Refund Credit Note for the amount you paid to secure your booking

Your Refund Credit Note will be valid a year from the date issued. It will allow you to use the full value of your refund as a credit towards any other AndAdventure trip departing until 31st of December 2022 (subject to availability).

I have paid a deposit, and my balance due is soon. I still wish to travel on the original dates, but what if the trip needs to be suspended or postponed due to travel restrictions?

We will be reviewing trips 30 days before departure (or closer as the situation changes) to determine if it is safe and feasible to run the trip. If we need to cancel the trip due to travel restrictions or canceled flights from your airline company, we will offer you the following options:

– no need to pay the balance on the due date, until you receive confirmation from our end that the trip is good to go and that we will be able to run it, and approval from your airline that you will be able to travel to Croatia and join the trip. We have extended the final payment date to 20 days before departure.

Will I get a refund if my trip has been canceled due to travel restrictions?

We are temporarily offering Refund Credit Notes in place of cash refunds. Your Refund Credit Note will be valid a year from the date issued. It will allow you to use the full value of your refund as a credit towards any other AndAdventure trip departing until the 31st of December 2022 (subject to availability).

If you choose not to use that credit, you will receive a full refund when the credit note expires. Our existing financial protection will continue to protect Refund Credit Notes – so there is no danger of your money not being available to you at the appropriate time. (There are some exceptions to this policy for bookings of several Motor Yachts and catamarans).

Is my Refund credit note transferable?

It is entirely transferable for most of our services with few exceptions (some Yachts), meaning you can easily give it to anyone of your choosing.
