Trip Info

Croatia Tour Itinerary

Hiking Split to Dubrovnik on your self-guided hiking tour starts with a detailed briefing of your upcoming adventure. After gaining all the necessary information, you can enjoy an easy walking tour to Marjan Forest Park, also known as the “lungs of the city”. The entire Marjan Peninsula is dotted with black pine trees, Mediterranean plants and herbs, centuries-old churches, and – of course – some of the country’s most beautiful beaches. Mediterranean lifestyle at its finest! Overnight in a hotel in Split.

Today you will enjoy a day visit to one of the largest Croatian islands, only a 50min ferry trip away. You will depart after breakfast boarding the ferry from Split to Supetar.
Supetar is the island’s capital, so to speak. The rich cultural and historical heritage of Supetar will take you back to Roman times while walking on the cobble-stoned streets and across romantic squares “pjacete” will make you understand the true spirit of a Dalmatian coastal town.
For your time on Brac island, we’ve prepared three different hiking routes, each starting from the ferry harbor. Routes are different in length and duration so that you can choose between an easy one, a moderate one or a challenging one. Descriptions and detailed stats for all of the routes are displayed in your road-book which you will receive upon arrival to Split.
When finished with exploring Brac, you will board on the return ferry to Split in the late afternoon.
Overnight in Split.

We continue hiking Split to Dubrovnik with a morning ferry ride from Split to Hvar island. The City of Hvar gained glory and power during the Middle Ages as a significant port within the Venetian naval empire. Today, it is one of the most popular destinations in the Dalmatian Riviera. Often described as out of a fairy tale, it is renowned for its unique fusion of luxurious Mediterranean nature, rich cultural and historical heritage, Venetian architecture, and mild climate. Today there will be several hiking routes you can choose from, starting in Hvar town. Enjoy your day exploring Hvar at your own pace. Overnight in Hvar.

Enjoy your morning at leisure in Hvar. Relax at the beach, explore the city and enjoy wandering through its narrow streets, exploring its shops, galleries, bars, and restaurants… Or take one of the hikes offered in your road book. Board on an afternoon ferry to Vela Luka on Korčula island and continue your hiking adventure there. Overnight in Vela Luka.

For your time in Vela Luka, we’ve prepared 3 different hiking routes, each starting from the center of Vela Luka. Routes are different in length and duration, so you can choose the one that suits you the best. Overnight in Vela Luka.

Hiking Split to Dubrovnik would not be complete with a visit to Korčula town! You’ll take a morning transfer from Vela Luka to Korčula and check out Korčula Old Town; a medieval walled city positioned on an oval-shaped swelling of land pointing deep into Pelješac Channel, grooved with a succession of narrow streets that branch off the spine of the main street like the fishbone. For your time in Korcula, we’ve prepared a moderate hiking route, starting from the center of Korcula. Overnight in Korčula.

The island of Mljet is said to be paradise on Earth. It is a gorgeous green island full of mystery, olives, and grapevines. It gives you an incredible fusion of silence, scents, and sensations: one has the sense of being alone in this beautiful jewel. For your time on Mljet island, we’ve prepared a moderate hiking route, that will take you around the area of lakes in the national park.
Return to Korcula on a ferry in the late afternoon. Overnight in Korcula.

Morning ferry ride from Korcula island to Dubrovnik. Your journey hiking Split to Dubrovnik ends with your arrival to Dubrovnik. As many of our clients have different plans once they reach Dubrovnik, we decided to keep this day optional and customizable according to each client’s preferences.
